I have someone willing to sell a pair for 20 dollars. My question is should i obtain these ? I heard they are one of the more sensitive species amongst the Cryptoheros genus. WebJust picked up a pair of cryptoheros nanoluteus. Only the second time I've ever seen these for sale. Currently they are in with 3 small plecos. what other tank mates are acceptable?

WebDec 23, 2024 · Neither one was ever as aggressive as most Cichlids in general. In fact, the nanoluteus always seemed more willing to spawn in a small tank with others of its kind present. The biggest tank I ever kept them in was a 15. One pair spawned in a 10, where I was holding them until another tank opened up.
