WebMar 12, 2002 · D.VII (OAW), Albatros did not have an acceptable replacement for the Alb.D.Va. However, Pfalz produced the the Pfalz D.VIII, Pfalz D.XII and the Pfaz D.XV at athe end of the war. I frankly think the Pfalz D.IIIand D.IIIa were the better machines. The four machines continued in service right to the end of the war.
